Manning’s Magnolia Mercantile is a faith-based marketplace that seeks handmade, handcrafted, and artisan-styled products that align with the vision, values, and overall atmosphere of the establishment. We're seeking local makers, artists, curators, and small businesses that offer high-quality, handmade products with hometown charm.

At this time, we are accepting Intent Forms. In the future, we will review formal applications based on product quality, uniqueness, craftsmanship, and how well each business complements our overall shopping experience.

After rent, there will be a 12-15% commission taken from your monthly sales. This fee will be used to help cover costs such as, but not limited to, advertising, credit card processing fees, and point-of-sale system fees. Rent and commission will be deducted from your sales each month, and we will issue you a check for the remainder.

Booths rates range from $35-$250/month, depending on the square footage needed.

Our mission is to showcase locally owned businesses and handcrafted or independently designed products. To maintain that vision, we do not accept vendors representing direct sales or multi-level marketing (MLM) companies. Examples include businesses where products are sold on behalf of a national direct sales company rather than a personally owned brand.
