Our shared vision is to be a welcoming spot in the heart of Opelika where local artisans, makers, and entrepreneurs can share what they've made, and build the kind of connections that make a community feel like home.
Our mission is simple: to root for small businesses, breathe life into the local economy, and build a marketplace where every vendor has a story worth telling—and every customer feels right at home.ABOUT US
Michael and Jeanne Manning are the husband-and-wife team behind Manning's Magnolia Mercantile, a community-focused marketplace located in the heart of downtown Opelika.
As lifelong believers in the value of hard work, faith, and community, we created Manning's Magnolia Mercantile to provide affordable year-round retail space for local vendors while offering customers a unique shopping experience filled with handcrafted goods, hometown treasures, and Southern hospitality.
After years of serving others through our careers, family, and businesses, we are excited to create a place where local makers, artists, and entrepreneurs can grow together.
